When people talk about fine arts they tend not to associate it with Saudi Arabia. Yet, the Dhahran Annual Fine Art Show was organised for the 65th time in the Eastern Province. The event is the city’s original, most prestigious and longest running contemporary and modern art fair sponsored by oil giant Aramco. The show is the annual muster of well-know and emerging talents from the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The several hundred artworks presented in the venue gave inspiration for many artists and the talents of tomorrow.
Apart from exhibiting and selling Manhattan, this was the first art show where Bernadett presented her resin art with non-anticipated success. Her 30×40 cm artefact Shamal not only won the 1st prize of the category, the organising board also recognised her skills and talent with two badges. This served as motivation for Bernadett to further experiment with resin and mixed media.
